Thank you for your booking with Sacred Soma. 
To ensure I can offer genuine, attentive care to every client, please read
the following policy carefully before booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24+ hours' notice: Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before your appointment incurs no charge.

  • Within 24 hours: Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged at full session price.

  • No-shows: Failure to attend your appointment without any notice will be charged the full session price.

  • Late arrival: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to protect the next client's appointment time, and the full session price still applies.

  • Therapist Cancellation or Reschedule: Sacred Soma reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any bookings, including the 24 hour window, for sudden sickness, unforeseen events that may affect your session, or any reason disclosed by your therapist. You will be notified within reasonable time to reschedule your appointment.

Booking Payments

  • All payments will be taken upon arrival before session begins. This ensures a seamless experience at the end of your session.

  • We accept cash, scan to pay QR code, bank transfer, or an invoice sent to your preferred email for your business records if necessary.

  • Failure to pay before your session may result in full termination.

Payment of Cancellation/No-Show Fees

  • An invoice with the full fee will be sent to your email or you may pay in full by cash, bank transfer or scan to pay QR code.

  • Failure to pay the cancellation/no-show invoice within the period allocated will be transferred to a collection agency for further settling.

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.

In Case of Illness

  • If you are unwell (especially with contagious illness, fever, or infection), please reschedule rather than attend. This protects both your recovery and my ability to keep treating other clients safely.

  • Genuine last-minute illness will be considered on case-by-case basis, but it is not automatically exepmt from the 24-hour charge, so please get in touch as early as possible.

Zero Tolerance for Sexual Misconduct

Sacred Soma provides therapeutic massage and energy healing only. Any request for or attempt at sexual conduct, inappropriate comments, or behavior of sexual nature will result in the session being terminated immediately, full payment will still be charged, and the client being permanently refused future bookings. This applies without exception, and incidents may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Client Health & Safety Disclosure

  • Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, pregnancy status, injuries, or medications at time of booking or before treatment begins, so the session can be adapted safely.

  • Pregnancy massage is only offered from 13 weeks of gestation onwards.

  • I reserve the right to decline or modify treatment where a condition presents a safety risk.

Right to Refuse or End a Session

I reserve the right to refuse service, or end a session early, for reasons including but not limited to:​

  • Intoxication

  • Aggressive or disrespectful behavior

  • Failure to disclose relevant health information

  • Any breach of this policy

Full payment remains payable in these circumstances.

By Booking, You Agree

Booking an appointment with Sacred Soma constitutes agreement to the terms above.

This policy exists to protect both clients and practitioner, and to keep Sacred Soma sustainable and able to keep offering care to the community.
