Your first remedial massage visit gives us plenty of time to fully understand your body and your needs. We start with a thorough discussion of your pain symptoms, medical history, daily habits, and any injuries or concerns. Functional assessment helps map tension patterns, restrictions and how your body moves - this creates the foundation of safe, effective care. Taking this time means I can tailor techniques exactly to your needs, avoiding anything unsuitable, and collaborate to build a clear plan toward better movement and reduced pain. We then move on to treatment working on the muscles, fascia and joints to ease stiffness, restore function and mobility to reach a state of balance in your body.
